Client Testimonial Recruitment
Designed ongoing program for Top-10 global bank that encourages authorized testimonials. Initial phases have thus far resulted in 10 branded case studies.
Custom Icons
Created set of 30 unique icons to represent Healthcare Payments services of a Top-20 global bank. These symbols have been incorporated into 15 customized figures that present a consistent look and feel.
Enhancing Readability
Formulated and implemented a print-materials strategy for the transaction services division of a Top-20 global bank. Deployed across brochures, case studies, marketing sheets, etc., the concept reintroduces simplified language and increases visual appeal by communicating ideas via bulleted lists, graphics and photography.
Winning Clients and a Contest
Revamped client-facing Internet site for a Fortune-10 international bank’s cash management department. The site won a Best Bank WebAward from the Web Marketing Association and, more importantly, traffic increased exponentially.
Circular Diversification
Devised a 401(k) diversification campaign featuring materials, all in the shape of a circle, which encouraged a Top-5 health-care corporation’s relatively young participant base to move 10% of total assets out of the most conservative option to more aggressive funds...in just eight weeks.
E-Learning Promotions
Created an animated character owl that visually branded a completely voluntary, global e-learning system for a Fortune-10 international bank’s cash management products and services — resulting in course-enrollment rates of 20% on average (vs. a 5% e-learning industry average).
Visual Identity
Developed a cohesive visual identity for the transaction banking unit of a Fortune-10 international bank that refreshingly identified traditionally staid products and services using movement of light, water and mechanical objects.
Innovative Sponsorship
Formed an exclusive partnership for a Fortune-10 international bank with the largest US treasury and corporate finance association and a major business consultancy to develop the first-ever comprehensive, cross-industry treasury-management benchmarking study.
